You may ask yourself, what is a Handcuff club, whats the point? Handcuffs are used for many things, good and bad, and we want people to know all the pro's and con's of handcuffs... so welcome to handcuff's 101. We accept artwork, photography, and poetry pertaining to handcuffs or bondage. Please remember that we will strictly adhere to all DeviantART policies, so don't try to submit something that isn't appropriate.
